Foyer Terms and Conditions (Early Access)

1. What Foyer is. Foyer ("the front door to getting paid") is an early-access service run by Radio Play Inc. It helps businesses start accepting card payments through North and create payment invoices. Joining the waitlist or completing pre-boarding intake does not create a merchant account and does not guarantee one.

2. Early access. No guarantees. Submitting your information puts you on the early-access list. It is not an approval. Every merchant account needs underwriting and approval by North, the payment processor. North can approve or decline any application for any reason. Any timelines we mention are estimates, not promises.

3. Your relationship with North. If you are approved, your processing agreement is between you and North directly. Foyer and Radio Play Inc. act as an independent sales organization affiliate that introduces merchants to North. We are not the processor. We do not underwrite, approve, or fund transactions. Your rates, fees, and equipment terms live in your North merchant agreement, not on this page.

4. Fees to expect. Debit and credit transactions carry processing fees set by your North merchant agreement. Free POS placement is for qualifying merchants, one device per physical location. It does not remove the monthly software fee, which starts at $14.95 per month, and it does not remove processing fees.

5. Payment methods. You accept cash yourself, as always. Debit and credit are available through North after your merchant account is approved and active. Stablecoins and cryptocurrency are not available through Foyer today. You can register interest and we will notify you if that changes. Nothing here promises a launch date, supported assets, or availability in your state.

6. What we collect and why. The contact and business details you submit are used to reach you about Foyer and, with your permission, to prepare your North application. Sensitive application details are collected only when needed, never read back in chat, and never sold or shared except with North as needed to process your application, or as required by law. You can ask us to delete your information at any time at info@radioplayinc.com.

7. Acceptable use. Give accurate information. False application details will get your application declined and may be reported. Do not use Foyer for fraud, money laundering, or illegal goods or services.

8. No advice. Foyer helps you get set up to accept payments. It is not financial, tax, or legal advice. That includes the tax treatment of cryptocurrency.

9. Liability. To the maximum extent the law allows, Foyer and Radio Play Inc. are not liable for processing decisions made by North, for funds held or moved by North or any payment provider, or for indirect or consequential damages.
